Leslee often likes to work in collections and aims to release around 3-4 collections per year. However, this can vary depending on the nature of the work and any other studio projects Leslee is working on at the time.

Many of Leslee’s artworks come unframed, giving you the freedom to choose what best fits your tastes. If a particular piece has been created with framing included, the listing will clearly indicate this as this will affect the price and shipping costs. 

We also encourage customers to consult a professional framer to ensure the best fit or color for both the art and your space.

Leslee has chosen to include mat and backing board with most of her watercolor artworks as it often elevates the presentation of the piece and ensures an easy transition into a frame.

However, please refer to the desired listing and listing images as this will reveal what is included and the sizing notes for the artwork purchase.

Original Artwork Packaging:

Each piece is handled and packaged with the utmost care and attention to preserving and protecting the artwork, while also considering low impact to our planet.

All artwork will be packaged securely in a waterproof protective sleeve, wrapped in recyclable paper and shipped flat in a cardboard box with recyclable filler or extra cardboard surrounding if needed. Suitable measures are taken to ensure a strong outer later of protection, and to prevent bending and damage to the artwork.

All sales are final, except in the case of damage during shipping.

Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package was damaged due to any fault on our part, we will replace or refund you for the item. You must show photographic proof of the damage. If you suspect the damage is due to careless handling by postal services, please keep the parcel as evidence, and send us photographs of the damage done as it may be eligible for compensation.

If you suspect your artwork is lost in the mail, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can look into this for you and remedy the situation.
