Leslee often likes to work in collections and aims to release around 3-4 collections per year. However, this can vary depending on the nature of the work and any other studio projects Leslee is working on at the time.

Many of Leslee’s original artworks and prints come unframed, giving you the freedom to choose what best fits your tastes. If a particular piece has been created with framing included, the listing will clearly show and indicate this as this will affect the price and shipping costs. 

We also encourage customers to consult a professional framer to ensure the best fit or colour for both the art and your space.

Each piece is handled and packaged with the utmost care and attention to preserving and protecting the artwork, while also considering low impact to our planet.

Print Packaging:

Our studio partners with regional fine art printers within the UK and USA to produce and deliver quality giclee prints at an affordable price.

In general, you can expect prints to be packaged securely in a waterproof protective sleeve, and shipped flat in a rigid mailer or gently rolled in a cardboard tube, depending on size. Additional packaging filler or protection will be considered on a case x case basis depending on the order quantity and size.

Original Artwork Packaging:

Leslee Joanna Studio handles all original art packaging. All original artwork will be packaged securely in a waterproof protective sleeve, wrapped in recyclable paper and shipped flat in a cardboard box with recyclable filler or extra cardboard surrounding if needed. Suitable measures are taken to ensure a strong outer later of protection, and to prevent bending and damage to the artwork.

All sales are final, except in the case of damage during shipping.

Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package was damaged due to any fault on our part, we will replace or refund you for the item. You must show photographic proof of the damage. If you suspect the damage is due to careless handling by postal services, please keep the parcel as evidence, and send us photographs of the damage done as it may be eligible for compensation.

If you suspect your artwork is lost in the mail, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can look into this for you and remedy the situation.
